Experiencing more moments of peace, bliss, and meaning, even amidst the inevitable challenges of life, every day, is existing beautifully in this world.

This happens when we are constantly working towards our grand visions while being fully aware in the present moment and experiencing the joy and happiness and gratitude that the present moment brings.

Striking this delicate balance happens by anchoring our consciousness towards the most evolved side of the spectrum.

May you know that as per vedic scriptures our consiousnes could be broadly defined as having four stages which are Covered, Shrunken, Budding, Blooming, Fully Bloomed.

Vedic texts describe five states of consciousness related to spiritual progress. “Covered” represents unconsciousness, while “Fully Bloomed” signifies liberation and self-realization.

May you remember that to live most of the time in ecstacy joy and bliss, you need to keep vibrating in the highest state of consioisness which is of self-realization.

The vedic scriptures not only give you this destination , which is merging of Atman – individual consciousness with the Parmatman – universal consciousness or Brahman – the ultimate reality, but also gives you tools and practices through yoga, meditation and other disciplines to reach that destination by embarking on this meaningful and fulfilling journey.

May you reflecting on your state of consiousness keep practicing and keep striving to move towards the higher end of the spectrum and keep enjoying moments of peace and bliss, and keep enhancing abundance joy and well being in your life and your world.

May you have an understanding of your state on consciousness and may you always keep gravitating towards the higher levels and be more peaceful and be more blissful

The cycle of creation sustenance and destruction is an eternal truth and well explained in the vedic scriptures.

Whatever manifests has to cease to exist after a while. This does not only include the living and non-living things on earth but the entire universe itself.

As per the vedic scriptures, our human body is made up of five core elements called the Panch Mahabhuta. Prithvi , Apas, Tejas, Vayu, and Akash. Prithvi ( Earth), represents the solid and physical aspects of the body, such as bones, muscles, and tissues.

Apas( Water), governs the flow and fluidity within the body, including blood, lymph, and bodily fluids.

Tejas ( Fire) is associated with metabolism, digestion, and the internal heat of the body.

Vayu ( Air ) is responsible for breath, movement, and circulation within the body and mind and

Akash ( Ether) represents the space within the body that allows for the other elements to function and is also linked to consciousness and awareness.

The cosmos is also made up of the same elements, and after death, the human body returns to the source of these elements. The physical structure disintegrates, merging back into the earth. Water returns to the water cycle, fire to the cosmic fire, air to the atmosphere, and the subtle essence of the individual consciousness is believed to return to the universal Akash.

Now the interesting part is that cosmos and the human body share a fundamental connection through the Pancha Mahabhutas, the five elements. While these elements are building block of the human body forming the physical and subtle aspects of our being , the Mahabhutas are the cosmic principles of the cosmos.

They represent fundamental forces and energies that govern the creation, operation, and evolution of the universe. They operate on a much vaster scale, influencing aspects like gravity, the laws of physics, and the flow of energy throughout the cosmos.

In the Bhagvat Gita Sri Krishna shows the Vishwarupa to Arjuna where the entire cosmos is seen within him, including Arjuna himself.

The description of the Vishwarupa is vast and all-encompassing. It contains galaxies, stars, planets, rivers, mountains, even gods and demons – essentially everything imaginable.

This reflects the Vedic belief that the macrocosm (universe) and the microcosm (human body) are mirrors of each other, governed by the same principles and composed of the same fundamental elements.

And then there is the mention of osmosis in vishwarupa, The mention of osmosis within the Vishwarupa further deepens the connection. Osmosis refers to the flow of fluids across a semi-permeable membrane, driven by the tendency to equalize concentrations. In the context of the Vishwarupa, it could symbolize the constant exchange of energy and information between the individual and the universe.

Each breath, each thought, and every action ripples outwards, impacting the cosmic whole, while the universe in turn influences our internal state.

May you therefore remember that while after death we go back to the elements, while living we are in constant flux with the universe and are continuously exchanging energy and information.

We and cosmos are one and there is complete interconnectedness.

While showing the vishwarupa Krishna is not just showcasing his divine power; he’s offering Arjuna a glimpse into the profound truth that all beings are intricately woven into the fabric of existence, inseparable from the vast cosmic dance.

May you remember that when you are aware and entrenched in this truth , you are free of fear are unbound infinite and limitless.

Then you are the cosmos and the cosmos is you , you are everyone else and everyone else and everything else is you and this feeling of oneness guides you to do what is right and create impossible and unimaginable things and live in bliss and keep being happy joyful abundant and keep leading a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Keep having an existence entrenched in being connected and being one.

The reality of this beautiful journey of life is impermanence and interconnectedness.

We are part of a grand cyclic design, where we are participants.

Nothing belongs to us, as even the air we breathe, we need to exhale.

And when we exhale, we’re not just returning air to the atmosphere; we’re participating in the cycle of life and nature. The air we exhale contains carbon dioxide, which plants absorb during photosynthesis, creating oxygen that we, in turn, inhale again.

Along with being participants, we are temporary custodians of the material world and the things and the relationships we possess.

Nothing belongs to us permanently.

The air which we inhale is temporarily with us. It belongs to us for that particular moment, and then we need to release it. In doing this act, we for a while own it and become its momentary custodians.

This body we identify ourselves so deeply keeps changing itself , the skin renews in average 30 days. The inner lining of the stomach renews in only about two days, and it’s said that we have a new body every seven years.

Just imagine the body which we identify the most with is also not the one which we had few years earlier or will have few years hence. We are just part of a cyclic natural system and custodians of a few things temporarily.

May you therefore remember that nothing belongs to us.

And when nothing belongs to us, then there is no need to have deep attachments.

This defies common logic.

The Gita, one of the vedic scriptures , explains this in detail and encourages us to keep living in detatchnent.

We are the custodians , temporarily, whatever we have is ours , but it will go away. Some will wither faster, and some will last longer, but perish it must as that’s the natural law.

Even our challenges , obstacles , failures things which seem to be troubling us , don’t belong to us permanently, they have come to teach us , make us stronger and its a feedback that we are not doing something right.

We will ultimately either learn and grow and change or accept if it can’t be changed.

We will see newer horizons , embark on more beautiful journeys, and keep being custodians of better and bigger things, and we will keep enhancing joy abundance and well-being in our life and our world.

We must learn to keep participating in the cyclic nature of the universe and keep being custodians of bigger and better things.

A deeper and more purposeful existence may be achieved by having a profound sense of interconnectedness and oneness with the universe.

This oneness is propagated by philosophy and spirituality and validated by science.

In spirituality and philosophy, there is a higher power, which is beyond the comprehension of human faculties and the laws of nature and logical reasoning.

The eastern wisdom believes this power to be in every being and everything, that’s why in vedic culture everything is worshipped.

Modern science now has agreed and accepted that energy and matter are interchangeable and everything is made up of the same stuff .

And when everything is made up of the same stuff, then the same stuff is omnipresent and permeates all existence.

Which means that there is interconnectedness and oneness in the universe.

May you remember that when you cultivate, develop, believe and internalize this idea of interconnected and oneness you start having a very deep meaningful rich and purposeful existence,

May you also remember that both, various philosophies and science suggest that our attachment to material possessions is superficial.

We can lead more fulfilling lives by focusing less on materialism and more on inner growth, relationships, and experiences that nourish the soul.

The understanding of interconnectedness and oneness can lead to a more ethical and moral life. Individuals may be more inclined to act with kindness, fairness, and empathy, benefiting not only themselves but society as a whole.

May you thetefore live in the recognition of this interconnectedness and oneness of everything through energy.

By embracing this understanding, you can lead richer, more meaningful, and fulfilling life by fostering empathy, practicing mindfulness, caring for the environment, reducing materialism, and living ethically.

This provides a holistic framework for personal and societal well-being.

And by living in this awareness, apart from your well- being, you also keep enhancing abundance and joy in your life and your world.

May you by being anchored in the belief of interconnected and oneness keep living a deeper richer meaningful and fulfilling life.

]]>
Life is an endless journey between perception and reality.

The best way to live it is by enjoying this adventure everyday.

As per the vedic scriptures, reality as perceived by human senses and faculties is nothing but an illusion , called “Maya”.

The truth is something else. The vedic teachings, especially Advaita Vedanta, emphasize non-duality—the realization that there is an underlying unity between the individual self (atman) and the ultimate reality (Brahman).

And to experience this non-dual consciousness one needs to be (Jigyasu),which means someone having a strong desire for knowledge , particularly spiritual knowledge , as by seeking the latter only, one can realise the ultimate truth.

However, the vedic scriptures also define this path where humans can travel from being ignorant to fully realised and it’s defined as living the four purushartha , “Dharma” , “Artha”, “Kama” and “Moksha”.

These four aims guide a persons life path and pursuits.

Which means while it’s okay to keep living in the illusion and being entagled in your perceptions of reality and keep pursuing material wealth and possessions and keep enjoying all sensual pleasures in the world you must do it following your moral duties and righteousness, and ultimately one must pursue realization of the truth to be one with ultimate reality.

And that’s the adventure of life one must keep living and enjoying.

May you know that embracing life as an adventure means acknowledging that life is a constant interplay between our perceptions, shaped by our thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and the objective reality that exists outside of our minds, and finding joy in the exploration of both our inner perceptions and the external reality.

By doing so, we can cultivate a sense of curiosity, open-mindedness, and resilience.

It’s about seeking to understand the world around us, challenging our assumptions, and adapting our perceptions as we gather new experiences and knowledge.

May you know that when you are the “Jigyasu” the seeker of truth , you don’t approach life with your fixated perceptions , you don’t judge , you accept , you seek to listen and understand, you are eager to learn from every experience and every conversation and when you are anchored in this state of mind , life is always an adventure.

Because you don’t try to control anything, you are a mere traveler pushing your limits and moving forward and making progress in whatever endeavor you are engaged with, and life becomes a perpetual adventure.

Exciting , thrilling, and having the fun of exploring the uncertainties and always walking into the unknown and forever learning and growing.

And you continuously keep getting better and creating better and bigger things, and you keep enhancing joy abundance and well-being in your life and your world.

May you keep seeking the truth and keep living the adventurous life everyday

To be the strongest version of yourself, practice humility by surrendering fully to the Higher Power http://divineflame.in/2023/06/15/to-be-the-strongest-version-of-yourself-practice-humility-by-surrendering-fully-to-the-higher-power/ http://divineflame.in/2023/06/15/to-be-the-strongest-version-of-yourself-practice-humility-by-surrendering-fully-to-the-higher-power/#respond Thu, 15 Jun 2023 10:52:41 +0000 http://divineflame.in/?p=104 We are insignificant in the overall scheme of higher power or the divine and the […]

We are insignificant in the overall scheme of higher power or the divine and the vast universe.

We are a mere spec, and yet we often get to a point where we believe that we are the center of the universe , the reason for everyone else’s existence and master of everything.

People often forget that the supreme divine power is packed in a seed , the grain , the fruit , and every life giving unit, which becomes a plant a tree and will give numerous fruits and grains which humans may never know beforehand how much potential the seed has and how many fruits the tree, grown from the tiny seed, will bear.

May you live in the humility knowing that the divine or the supreme power
is a force or presence that is beyond the grasp of our limited perceptions and rational faculties.

We humans, with all our intellectual capabilities and technological advancements, are still unable to fully comprehend the vastness and intricacies of this power. Yet, ironically, many individuals often harbor a belief in their invincibility, disregarding their own limitations.

May you ever remember that you are chosen to create what you have been able to , till now.

And you haven’t done it alone, the supreme power is the co-creator with you, without whose partnership you wouldn’t have been able to achieve what you have managed to get till now.

May you drop the arrogance, if any , you may have gathered in your ignorance and in utmost humility may you keep chasing your dreams and may you keep achieving those , co- creating with the supreme creator and continuously adding newer and better things to your life and realising your dreams and desires and keep on enhancing abundance joy and well being in your life and your world.

May you discover your strongest version by surrendering all your successes and failures to the divine and trusting the process of co-creation and may you learn to always live in humility

]]>
We are creating things, events, and experiences in our lives, whether we know it or not.

Those who know create it intentionally and those who don’t create it unintentionally.

According to the ancient eastern scriptures, including the Vedas , the universe is an extension of us in the sense that everything within the universe is interconnected, and we are an integral part of this interconnectedness.

The Vedas describe the universe as a vast and complex web of energy that flows through all living beings, both animate and inanimate. This interconnectedness means that everything we do has an impact on the universe, just as everything within the universe impacts us. Our thoughts, emotions, and actions are all part of this energy flow, and they can have a ripple effect throughout the universe.

According to the Vedic scriptures, humans have the power to create their own experiences, events, and things with their intentions. This concept is based on the Law of Karma, which states that every action we take has a corresponding consequence, whether good or bad.

If we hold positive thoughts and intentions, we will attract positive experiences and events into our lives, whereas negative thoughts and intentions will attract negative experiences.

The Vedas also teach that our intentions are not limited to our individual lives, but they can also have a collective impact on the world.

This is known as the concept of Sankalpa, which refers to the power of collective intention to bring about change in the world.

May you remember that whether it’s you alone or the community or a group of individuals, you have the power to impact not only your life but the whole universe.

Sankalpa’s are therefore important as they lead to siddhi, which refers to the process of manifesting the individual or collective intention into reality through a dedicated and committed effort.

May you being aware of the Law of Karma , Sankalpas and Siddhis keep making your life happen the way you want by impacting the universe and bending reality in your favour and keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

Have a consiously creating your life days ahead
