The path of super achievers , the small minority who are making life the way they want, is a path of fixating their minds on what they want.

Continuously focussed on the desired outcome.

Working consistently and swiftly and doing what’s needed to achieve the firmed up defined and imagined result.

And having unwavering conviction that whatever desired would be done without fail.

This is how the believers and the achievers and the doers and the givers think and act.

In the eastern scriptures, these people are called karmayogis.

The four pillars defined for this in the vedic scriptures are Sankalpa , Dhyana, Karma, and Shraddha.

When a karmayogi takes a sankalpa, often it’s done as a ritual through a priest at a gathering , and sometimes the Sankalpa is taken privately without even telling anyone..

Then the karmayogi gets into Dhyana often , sometimes meditating and often simply contemplating and reflecting on the sankalpa and assessing what has been done and what’s needed furthur to be done.

That’s being engaged in Karma, which says every action has a consequence, so if one takes actions, things move in the direction of the sankalpa, and you don’t take actions , there is no movement.

The karmayogi also has Shraddha the faith within and the faith in a higher energy, which will help the karmayogis fulfill their sankalpa.

And that’s how the doer the achiever the giver and the believer lives life.

Continuously taking firm resolves always focussed on them taking massive actions towards their fulfillment and always believing that what is asked will be given.

May you therefore understanding these four pillars and practicing the disciplines needed keep dreaming keep resolving and keep achieving to keep making life happen the way you want and keep living life of a karmayogi to keep growing and keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

Keep living life like the karmayogi and keep making it happen the way you want

]]>
An unexamined life is not worth living , said the wise. And wisdom is enhanced by reflection on experiences.

The last day of the year, therefore, is a good time for examination and reflection.

A happy joyous meaningful and fulfilling life is a progressive and growing life, where you keep becoming better version of yourself.

Growth could be seen in terms of material possessions, money, power name, and fame, and could also be seen as becoming a more compassionate wiser happier and better human.

As per vedic scriptures, all growth must be aimed at getting closure to the higher consciousness and ultimately becoming one with it , which is Moksha the liberation from the cycle of birth and death.

The last day of the passing year is a good time to take stock of your growth in the passing year both in terms of material gains and self evolution.

Reflection and examination become very important as that leads to becoming wiser to face the coming year in a way that furthur leads to greater growth both externally and internally.

Experiences we have are the raw material of wisdom.

It’s the events, relationships, challenges, and successes we encounter.

Without experience, we have no data to process or lessons to learn.

We live through triumphs and failures, navigate complex situations, and encounter diverse perspectives. Each experience leaves its mark, shaping our understanding of the world and of ourselves.

Reflection is the crucial transformative ingredient.

Mere experience alone doesn’t guarantee wisdom.

Reflection involves actively thinking about our experiences, questioning them, analyzing their causes and consequences, and drawing insights from them.

We ask ourselves, what went well, what didn’t. What could I have done differently. What did I learn about myself and the world. This inner processing allows us to extract the nuggets of wisdom from the raw ore of experience.

May you remember that the cycle of experience and reflection leads to spiral growth. The more deeply we reflect on our experiences, the more we learn and grow. Conversely, richer experiences provide more material for meaningful reflection.

This ongoing cycle of accumulating experiences and reflecting on them leads to the gradual cultivation of wisdom, and we prepare ourselves for bigger and better things in life.

May you remember that examining our lives encourages us to think critically about our assumptions, societal norms, and our own biases. This questioning can lead to personal growth, intellectual development, and a more informed and ethical way of living.

May through careful examination and reflection today you gain invaluable insights about yourself the social and financial arrangements you have managed for yourself and how they are serving you and how you can make them more efficient and effective to achieve better growth in the coming year.

And may you in the new year continuously keep creating better things and keep enhancing joy abundance and well-being in your life and your world.

Have an examining and refecting journey ahead

The concept of cause and effect is defined in the eastern scriptures as Karma.

The concept of Karma highlights how one’s intentions , thoughts, and actions contribute to their life’s experiences and destiny.

The Eastern philosophy also believes in multiple lifetimes and that the Karmas get carried over to the next life as well.

Karma is categorized into three main types.

Sanchita Karma, which is accumulated actions from past lives that shape one’s current circumstances.

The second one is Prarabdha Karmas:, which are the intentions, thoughts, and actions from the past that have begun to bear fruit in the present life.

The third one is Agami Karma, these are the new intentions, thoughts, and actions performed in the current life that will influence future circumstances.

May you notice that karma is not only final action but its intentions and thoughts as well.

As soon as you have intended something, you have ceaated an Agami Karma.

May you remember that, as of now , while you have no control over Sanchit and Prarabdh karma, you have total control over Agamii Karma.

Your karmas can be positive or negative, lets say you help someone with genuine intent of helping and being empathetic and compassionate , you accumulate positive karma , but then you humiliate the same person with a sense of entitlement, then you accumulate negative karma.

However if you humiliate with the intention of helping him or her grow then while your actions seem negative you are accumulting positive karma.

May you thetefore through your intentions thoughts and actions keep creating positive Agami Karma and keep shaping your life and your destiny the way you dream and desire.

And you keep enhancing joy abumdance and well-being in your life and your world.

May you always keep creating positive Agami Karma to build a beautiful life.

]]>
A human life is a privileged life as we have the ability to make conscious choices and have the capacity for self-awareness and introspection.

No other species on earth has this. Animals do make compulsive choices , and that’s as far as they can go.

If you are able to read this , then you are amongst the most priviledged ones on this planet , as you are human to start with , then you are educated , then you have an advanced device on which you are able to recieve this.

For this ,you must be exuding with gratefulness and overflowing with it right now.

If you are not, take a moment to go back and go through all the privileges you have including the ones of having eyes and arms and fingers, with which you are scrolling.

May you know that many walking on this earth don’t even have these.

Because we are privileged ones to such extremes , we must be grateful for every breath.

However, the irony is that mostly, we don’t, as humans, we have the habit of focusing on what we don’t have and then feel unfulfilled.

May you remember that to live a happy and fulfilled life, as per eastern scriptures, is to keep taking action towards what you think should be.

All actions form part of your Karma.

According to the law of karma, individuals are responsible for their actions and their consequences.

While people have agency and make choices, the outcomes of those choices are influenced by the law of cause and effect.

The concept of “Nishkama Karma” also relates to this idea, suggesting that one should perform actions selflessly without attachment to the results, recognizing that the results are not entirely within one’s control.

The main reason you feel ungrateful is because of your need for control .

You want life to happen exactly the way you want, and you suffer when it doesn’t.

May you remember that life is happening to you and you are not making life happen , as even a single breath is not in your control, it is given to you and can be taken away any moment.

Therefore, you must live a life of detachment, called “Aparigraha,” in the vedic scriptures.

It is a concept that refers to the practice of non-attachment or non-possessiveness.

In the context of leading a happy, meaningful, and fulfilled life, ” Aparigraha” holds significant value.

While ” Karma” calls for intense actions towards changing things that you think must be changed and good, Karma leads to building a desirable life and getting what you want.

Aparigraha encourages you to engage in actions with awareness, detachment, and a focus on inner growth.

May you thetefore being grateful for what you have keep taking actions towards what you want , without being attached to results and keep living life in non attachment and non possessiveness and keep creating better things in life and keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

May you keep living a happy meaningful and fulfilled life always biased towards intense action yet being detatched and being in a state of non possession

A happy and fulfilling life is a life of balance and harmony. As per ancient eastern scriptures the path of ethical living, inner growth, and alignment with the cosmic order leads to living the balanced and harmonious life.

To achieve this, the vedas prescribe
adherence to one’s (Svadharma) or inherent duty based on one’s (varna) and stage of life (ashrama).

There are four stages in life.

(Brahmacharya) The student stage focused on education and self-discipline

(Grihastha). The householder stage focused on raising a family and pursuing a career.

(Vanaprastha)The stage of gradual withdrawal from worldly duties, allowing for spiritual pursuits &

(Sannyasa)The renunciate stage focused on complete detachment from material possessions and dedicated to spiritual pursuits.

As per the vedas, each person is encouraged to fulfill their responsibilities without attachment to results, contributing positively to society while maintaining inner equilibrium.

The scriptures also talk about the practice of self-awareness and introspection (Svadhyaya), which is essential for personal growth and maintaining harmony.

By understanding oneself and recognizing one’s strengths and weaknesses, we can strive for self-improvement and better relationships with others.

(Ahimsa) or non-violence is another cornerstone of Vedic harmony. This principle extends to both physical and mental realms, emphasizing compassion, empathy, and respect for all living beings.

Additionally , the concept of Karma underscores the importance of right action. By performing one’s duties diligently and selflessly, we accumulate positive karma, leading to a more balanced and prosperous life.

Finally, meditation and spiritual practices (Sadhana) are encouraged to cultivate inner peace, mindfulness, and connection with the divine.

These practices help us transcend material desires and experience a deeper sense of unity with the universe.

May you therefore know that the Vedic concept of a balanced and harmonious life revolves around living in accordance with (Dharma), which is performing our duties and responsibilities based on moral and ethical principles, and practicing self-awareness, cultivating compassion, performing right actions, and engaging in spiritual practices.

By following these principles, you can achieve a state of equilibrium, inner contentment, and alignment with the cosmic order, and you keep living a happy and fulfilling life, continuously enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

May you keep living a happy and fulfilling life based on balanced and harmony

Life is a forever unfolding journey.

Everyday things happen , few to our liking and the way we want, and few contrary to our desires, yet they happen.

Surviving, sustaining, and thriving in this ever unfolding journey of life happens with acceptance and resilience.

With acceptance, we believe that whatever happens happens, and it’s okay.

With resilience, we move on with our duties and continuously do what’s needed in the given situation.

The ancient vedic wisdom helps us in this with the idea of Dharma and Karma.

Dharma refers to one’s duty or righteous path in life. By living in accordance with one’s dharma, individuals strive to accept their circumstances and perform their responsibilities without excessive attachment to outcomes.

Karma is the law of cause and effect. According to which every action we take, it generates consequences, either in this life or in future lives.

Accepting what happens can be seen as acknowledging the unfolding of one’s karma and surrendering to its effects, its called Prarabdh Karma , the portion of our past actions that have already begun to bear fruit in the present life.

The vedic scriptures also talk about Maya , the impermanent nature of reality, and understanding this total acceptance is achieved through Jnana Yoga, which is the path of knowledge and wisdom. It involves contemplating and understanding the nature of reality, including the transient and ever-changing nature of existence, which is referred to as Maya.

May you know that through the path of Jnana Yoga, you develop a deep insight into the impermanence of events and develop acceptance as a result.

Finally, absolute acceptance comes from being anchored in Ishavra , the supreme being, the source of the universe, and the ultimate controller of destiny. Accepting what happens is connected to surrendering to the divine will and trusting that everything occurs as part of a greater cosmic plan.

May you, by believing in the ideas of Dharma and Karma, practicing Jnana Yoga and understanding Maya, surrender completely to Ishvara and lead a life of acceptance and resilience and keep co-creating all that you can and keep accepting whatever happens and keep being at peace with it to continuously keep enhancing abundance joy and well-being in your life and your world.

May you always are able to lead an accepting and resilient life.

We are creating things, events, and experiences in our lives, whether we know it or not.

Those who know create it intentionally and those who don’t create it unintentionally.

According to the ancient eastern scriptures, including the Vedas , the universe is an extension of us in the sense that everything within the universe is interconnected, and we are an integral part of this interconnectedness.

The Vedas describe the universe as a vast and complex web of energy that flows through all living beings, both animate and inanimate. This interconnectedness means that everything we do has an impact on the universe, just as everything within the universe impacts us. Our thoughts, emotions, and actions are all part of this energy flow, and they can have a ripple effect throughout the universe.

According to the Vedic scriptures, humans have the power to create their own experiences, events, and things with their intentions. This concept is based on the Law of Karma, which states that every action we take has a corresponding consequence, whether good or bad.

If we hold positive thoughts and intentions, we will attract positive experiences and events into our lives, whereas negative thoughts and intentions will attract negative experiences.

The Vedas also teach that our intentions are not limited to our individual lives, but they can also have a collective impact on the world.

This is known as the concept of Sankalpa, which refers to the power of collective intention to bring about change in the world.

May you remember that whether it’s you alone or the community or a group of individuals, you have the power to impact not only your life but the whole universe.

Sankalpa’s are therefore important as they lead to siddhi, which refers to the process of manifesting the individual or collective intention into reality through a dedicated and committed effort.

May you being aware of the Law of Karma , Sankalpas and Siddhis keep making your life happen the way you want by impacting the universe and bending reality in your favour and keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

Have a consiously creating your life days ahead

]]>
As per ancient eastern scriptures, our life is our creation, explained through the concept of Karma. As per the law of karma, every action we take creates a karmic imprint or energy that will eventually come back to us in some way.

This energy can be positive or negative, depending on the nature of our actions. The interesting part is that actions even include our thoughts, and in fact, not only thoughts but our intentions also.

To get positive energy back and to build a positive life, we need not only to act in a good way but also to have good intentions and thoughts.

The scriptures divide Karma into three main types of Karmas.

Sanchit , Prarabdh, and Kriyamana Karma.

Our Sanchit Karmas are sum total of all actions in previous lifetimes which have an impact on the current life.

Prarabdh Karma refers to the karma that we are currently experiencing in our present life. It is the portion of our sanchita karma that has been chosen to be experienced in this life.

Kriyamana Karma refers to the karma that we are currently creating through our present actions. It is the new karma that we are creating in our current life, which will impact our future lives.

The divine books of wisdom furthur have subtypes of karma, called the Nishkam, Sakam, Vikarma, Punya and Paap Karma.

The highest form of Karma leading to spiritual growth and liberation is Nishkam karma , it refers to selfless actions performed without any attachment to the outcome.

Sakam karma is actions performed for specific outcome.

Vikarma Karma refers to actions that are prohibited by dharma, such as lying, stealing, and harming others.

Paap Karma, refers to actions that are considered sinful and create negative karma, such as greed, anger, and violence.

Punya Karma, refers to actions that are considered virtuous and create positive karma, such as charity, compassion, and selfless service.

May you remember that you are creating Karma every moment with your intent thoughts and actions. To lead a rich meaningful virtuous and fulfilling life may you create Nishkam and Punya karma starting with your intent and keep imprinting energies which will come back as positivity in your life and will help you continuously enhance joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

Have a living well intended positive days ahead
