Every morning is a new beginning, a new opportunity and a new day to do things for progress and growth , but only the ones having strong minds do it.

Every day, we go through situations, sometimes newer & interesting, and sometimes complex and often complicated situations, but inevitably, there would be situations.

For a weak mind, situations are problems , and for a stable mind, situations are challenges, but for a strong mind, situations are opportunities.

How did you wake up today defines your mindset. Did you wake up thinking about problems or thinking about challenges or thinking about opportunities.

May you remember that the strong minded individuals get up every morning with three mindsets.

First, they get up, being grateful, every morning being able to open the eyes, and being alive itself is reason for gratitude, as many couldn’t manage to do that today , so count your blessings.

The second mindset of strong minds is intention setting , we must take some time aside to decide what we want to achieve today. Setting intentions help us to focus our energy and attention.

And the third mindset is letting go. Strong minds release any negativity or burdens of yesterday. Every day is a fresh start, and we don’t have to carry yesterday’s baggage today.

May you by practicing these three mindsets, of gratitude , setting your intentions and letting go every morning keep having a strong mind and may you keep venturing every day into opportunities and possibilities and you keep creating bigger and better things and you keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

Striking this delicate balance happens by anchoring our consciousness towards the most evolved side of the spectrum.

May you know that as per vedic scriptures our consiousnes could be broadly defined as having four stages which are Covered, Shrunken, Budding, Blooming, Fully Bloomed.

Vedic texts describe five states of consciousness related to spiritual progress. “Covered” represents unconsciousness, while “Fully Bloomed” signifies liberation and self-realization.

May you remember that to live most of the time in ecstacy joy and bliss, you need to keep vibrating in the highest state of consioisness which is of self-realization.

The vedic scriptures not only give you this destination , which is merging of Atman – individual consciousness with the Parmatman – universal consciousness or Brahman – the ultimate reality, but also gives you tools and practices through yoga, meditation and other disciplines to reach that destination by embarking on this meaningful and fulfilling journey.

Everytiing is first created in the Mind , the super powerful human brain with its two excellent faculties of memory and imagination learns from experiences and visualises through creativity, newer and better stuff.

And, Buddha said, whatever the mind thinks and whatever the dominent thoughts are , they become things.

Imagine a scenario where a human mind always thinks of beautiful and useful creations and they keep becoming realities.

The problem with the human brain and therefore the mind is that its never at rest, its always on.

As per research its always operating at 95 percent of its potential, even when there is no visible activity or distractions in the front.

There is always tremendous background activity. As per research once externally idle , several parts of the brain ramp up activity.

All these interconnected parts of the brain are focussed on self-referential processes, such as recalling personal memories to navigate the future, feeling emotions, and evaluating incoming information.

The scientists called this process the Default Mode Network.

May you remember that this default mode network decides how you think and feel when you are left alone with yourself.

In loneliness most get fearful and worrisome and emotionally overwhelmed, however the ones who understand this basic nature of the mind and who consiously train their , this monkey mind to think positively, end up in self reflection and visualising a brilliant future when left to themselves.

Solitudes then become powerful moments of visualising and weaving the future of your dreams and desires and creating the magic you need in your life.

Whatever humans are pursuing and they are committed , determined, and passionate about.

And whatever they want to achieve. Joy and happiness are the ultimate goals.

We all want to live happily and joyfully.

As per vedic scriptures, happiness and joy are often described as “Ananda.” Ananda is a Sanskrit word that represents a state of profound joy, bliss, and contentment. In the Vedic tradition, it is believed that true happiness goes beyond fleeting pleasures and is a deeper, lasting state of inner fulfillment.

Vedic scriptures teach us that Ananda is not dependent on external circumstances or material possessions. Instead, it is an inherent quality of the soul or self.

By understanding and connecting with our true nature, which is said to be pure consciousness called Atman, we can experience true happiness and inner peace.

The pursuit of Ananda is not a pursuit of material possessions but is a spiritual quest, involving practices like meditation, self-realization, and detachment from the material world.

By transcending the temporary desires and attachments, we can experience the eternal and unchanging happiness that resides within.

May you therefore remember that the pursuit of happiness can never be an outward journey , while you keep chasing the material possessions as they fulfill your basic needs and provide ease and comfort of living, true pursuit of happiness is an inward journey.

Ananda – The state of joy bliss and contentment is found by connecting to the consciousness within and realising the eternal and unchanging happiness that resides within.

That could be the next stage of evolution and can be attained by anyone through yogic practices and discipline, perseverance, and dedicated effort over an extended period.

Yogis strive to attain a state of inner peace, detachment, and serenity through their dedicated practice. They seek to free themselves from the fluctuations of the mind and the grip of strong emotional reactions.

This is often referred to as a state of “samadhi” or “self-realization,” where one experiences a profound union with the divine and a sense of oneness with all creation.

All of us have experienced happiness, feeling good, and have experienced absolute well-being ,it’s only difficult to sustain.

Even when we ourselves are responsible for our own happiness and good feelings, if we expect others or situations and circumstances to make us happy and feel good, we will always be disappointed.

Happiness Joy excitement pleasure fulfillment bliss, etc, are all internal phenomena and states of mind.

In fact, external is only what we perceive it to be, and all perceptions are internal.

We see within us when the light passing through the retina of the eye makes an image on the cornea and then is understood by the brain through the neural networks.

Similarly, we hear within , smell, and taste within , feel the touch within.

All five senses help us create a world within.

Imagine if all the five senses are taken away from us. The world will cease to exist outside for us.

That’s why in the ancient vedic scriptures, the external world is referred to as Maya , the illusion.

May you remembering this external illusion be always in a good feeling place , be it being positive , hopeful, satisfied , happy , joyful , excited , enthusiastic , exuberant, pleasurable , abundant, fulfilled or blissful whatever you want.

It’s your responsibility and within your control as these are mere states of mind. You have the power to make yourself happy and be in a good feeling place , no matter what’s happening externally.
