The path of super achievers , the small minority who are making life the way they want, is a path of fixating their minds on what they want.

Continuously focussed on the desired outcome.

Working consistently and swiftly and doing what’s needed to achieve the firmed up defined and imagined result.

And having unwavering conviction that whatever desired would be done without fail.

This is how the believers and the achievers and the doers and the givers think and act.

In the eastern scriptures, these people are called karmayogis.

The four pillars defined for this in the vedic scriptures are Sankalpa , Dhyana, Karma, and Shraddha.

When a karmayogi takes a sankalpa, often it’s done as a ritual through a priest at a gathering , and sometimes the Sankalpa is taken privately without even telling anyone..

Then the karmayogi gets into Dhyana often , sometimes meditating and often simply contemplating and reflecting on the sankalpa and assessing what has been done and what’s needed furthur to be done.

That’s being engaged in Karma, which says every action has a consequence, so if one takes actions, things move in the direction of the sankalpa, and you don’t take actions , there is no movement.

The karmayogi also has Shraddha the faith within and the faith in a higher energy, which will help the karmayogis fulfill their sankalpa.

And that’s how the doer the achiever the giver and the believer lives life.

Continuously taking firm resolves always focussed on them taking massive actions towards their fulfillment and always believing that what is asked will be given.

May you therefore understanding these four pillars and practicing the disciplines needed keep dreaming keep resolving and keep achieving to keep making life happen the way you want and keep living life of a karmayogi to keep growing and keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

Keep living life like the karmayogi and keep making it happen the way you want

]]>
All of us dream of living a good life , abundant in all aspects , rich, meaningful, and fulfilling.

Needless to say that the definition of the good life may vary from individual to individual.

Some define the good life simplistically by having name, fame , money, and loving relationships , often, health gets missed out if one is generally healthy.

Because only those realise the value of health those who are facing or have faced health challenges. It’s also said that those who don’t have health issues are facing hundreds of challenges, but those who have health issues have only one challenge to overcome.

So, a good life has so many elements to it. And those who work on and improve and achieve and succeed in all areas of life have a well-rounded holistic good life.

But still, one thing is left behind to make it complete, which is one’s spiritual growth. All success and all aspects come to naught if we do not evolve spiritually because only then we will have more love more compassion and the ability to give fearlessly and to understand the materialistic world as it should be, which is completely connected and one.

May you remember that a good life is inviting and playing host to God or the supreme energy within and not being hostage of the ego.

This can only be understood spiritually. In the vedic scriptures, the three things that help in succeeding and living a good life by shaping our reality are Manas , Sankalpa and Pratyihara.

Manas is the mind , by having positive thoughts and desires, we can influence our actions and ultimately our reality.

Sankalpa is the determination , which is consciously aligning our thoughts, words, and actions towards achieving our desires without ever giving up.

And finally, it’s Pratyihara, which is most interesting. It is one of the eight limbs of Yoga, referring to the withdrawal of the senses from external stimuli. By controlling our attention and focusing inwards, we can gain mastery over our thoughts and emotions, potentially influencing our experiences and building a good life.

May you therefore understanding this, use your Manas commit to Sankalpas and using the practice of Pratyihara , keep making your desires come true and keep living a good life by continuously enhancing abundace joy and well being in your life and your world.

Experiencing more moments of peace, bliss, and meaning, even amidst the inevitable challenges of life, every day, is existing beautifully in this world.

This happens when we are constantly working towards our grand visions while being fully aware in the present moment and experiencing the joy and happiness and gratitude that the present moment brings.

Striking this delicate balance happens by anchoring our consciousness towards the most evolved side of the spectrum.

May you know that as per vedic scriptures our consiousnes could be broadly defined as having four stages which are Covered, Shrunken, Budding, Blooming, Fully Bloomed.

Vedic texts describe five states of consciousness related to spiritual progress. “Covered” represents unconsciousness, while “Fully Bloomed” signifies liberation and self-realization.

May you remember that to live most of the time in ecstacy joy and bliss, you need to keep vibrating in the highest state of consioisness which is of self-realization.

The vedic scriptures not only give you this destination , which is merging of Atman – individual consciousness with the Parmatman – universal consciousness or Brahman – the ultimate reality, but also gives you tools and practices through yoga, meditation and other disciplines to reach that destination by embarking on this meaningful and fulfilling journey.

May you reflecting on your state of consiousness keep practicing and keep striving to move towards the higher end of the spectrum and keep enjoying moments of peace and bliss, and keep enhancing abundance joy and well being in your life and your world.

May you have an understanding of your state on consciousness and may you always keep gravitating towards the higher levels and be more peaceful and be more blissful

]]>
A human life is a privileged life.

With the faculties of discretion and choice, we can choose to grow every day both in our material pursuits and our spiritual journey.

As per vedic scriptures we are spiritual beings having a human experience and our salvation is in growing our spirits to become one with the creator himself refrred to as Braham.

The vedic scriptures, however, also mention the need for material pursuits when it talks about four Purushartha, or pursuits.

Dharma Artha Kama and Moksha.

Artha is one of the central aims of human life. It translates to “wealth,” “means,” or “goal” in Sanskrit. Artha encompasses the pursuit of resources necessary for a fulfilling life, including food, shelter, education, security, and health.

This pursuit should be grounded in ethical principles and respect for nature.

Artha involves striving for economic stability and prosperity, both for oneself and for one’s family and community. It encourages productive engagement in work and society.

Artha promotes the ability to live independently and with dignity, free from dependence on others. This includes financial security, physical well-being, and personal safety. the pursuit of Artha should not be driven by greed or a desire for excess.

It should be balanced with Dharma (righteousness) and Kama (pleasure) to avoid harming oneself or others.

May you remember that growth in both material and spiritual realms must have a sense of urgency as life is passing by every moment, and every moment we are nearing the end of our earthly journey.

Let’s utilise it well with a super sense of urgency in enriching our lives with material goals and enriching our spirits with spiritual progress.

Yesterday is history, and today will also be gone before we know it.

May you remember that we all have dreams, desires, and aspirations, and those who realise them are continuously growing and progressing, and that’s the central aim of human existence.

May you therefore cultivate a sense of urgency which will happen by having a sense of purpose , imagining the enhanced existence , having discipline , getting uncomfortable frequently, avoiding distraction and being focussed and living in gratitude.

May you ever keep growing and becoming better with a sense of urgency and may you keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

Have a life lived in sense of urgency.

]]>
Making the impossible possible, happens when there is a clear unwavering vision, which is audacious, and when there is determination and tenacity to realise the visualized reality through relentless execution.

Vision , determination, and execution make things happen. Those which seem possible, and also those that look impossible.

And it all begins with the thought. The Brihadaranyaka Upanishad of the vedic scripture has a shloka, which means “Whatever a man thinks of, that he becomes. Therefore let a man think good thoughts.” This verse emphasizes the power of thought and intention in shaping our reality, aligning with the initial spark of inspiration and cultivating the dream.

Visualising a better future and making a firm resolve is the starting point.

Then comes relentless execution. This is the most interesting part because although you have a goal and a result in mind , yet you must not be attached to that goal, that’s what Bhagwat Gita says. “Your right is to work only, but never to the fruits of action. Fix your mind on action, but be indifferent to its fruits.” This teaching encourages us to focus on the journey and process of pursuing the dream rather than solely getting attached to the outcome.

May you remember that the way to make life happen the way you want is to follow step by step process of ignition, navigation, propulsion, and continuous growth while sharing the road.

The vedic scriptures have multiple references to the above regarding navigation. The Taittiriya Upanishad says, “Knowledge brings the world closer; ignorance keeps it away.” This emphasizes the importance of acquiring knowledge and understanding relevant to our dream and aligning with the process of research and planning.

Regarding propulsion, the Chandogya Upanishad says, “Never say, ‘I will do it tomorrow.’ Today itself, do what you have to do, do not delay. Death takes one by surprise, like a hunter, and does not wait for work to be finished.” This encourages urgency and consistent action towards your dream, emphasizing not to procrastinate.

Finally, effective execution needs adaptation and learning and collaboration, and support.

May you therefore using your vision determination and effective execution get all that you want and keep enhancing abundance, joy, and well-being in your life and your world.

May you by practicing this always be a creator of not only the possible but also of the impossible.

All of us have the power to make the magic happen, of turning our desires into reality within the planned time frame.

We only need to strike the perfect balance where our objectives key result areas goals and timelines are intertwined in the desired way for success.

Objectives give us big picture aspirations. They are the ambitious qualitative statements of what we want to achieve. They outline the overall direction and impact we aim for. Well-crafted objectives are inspiring and ignite passion within. They give a clear vision of the “why” behind our efforts.

When we break down our objectives, what we get are the KRA’s.

They are the broad categories that define the areas where progress towards the objective will be measured. They represent the key aspects of our goals. Defined key result areas give us focus and prioritization.

Goals set within each KRA’s give us quantifiable milestones. They add specificity and tangibility. They define what success looks like in each area, translating qualitative aspirations into measurable achievements. They also enable us to track our progress towards the objective. They act as checkpoints and allow us to adjust our course as needed.

When we also break down our goals into subgoals, they keep us motivated. Smaller, achievable goals provide a sense of accomplishment, and by celebrating small wins, we are excited and motivated throughout the journey.

Timelines help us set the pace. They frame the duration for achieving our desired outcome. They give a sense of urgency and guide the allocation of resources effectively.

May you remember that the magic happens when these elements weave together. Objectives inspire, KRAs focus, goals quantify, and timelines drive action.

By clearly defining each of these elements and ensuring their coherence, you create a roadmap for turning your desires into reality within the planned timeframe.

May you always remember that the key to success lies in finding the right balance between ambition (objectives) and practicality (goals and timelines) while maintaining focus through clearly defined areas of progress (KRAs)

May you by striking the right balance keep creating bigger and better things and you keep achieving success and you keep enhancing abundance joy and well being in your life and your world.

May you keep living a life of creating magic everyday

]]>
An unexamined life is not worth living , said the wise. And wisdom is enhanced by reflection on experiences.

The last day of the year, therefore, is a good time for examination and reflection.

A happy joyous meaningful and fulfilling life is a progressive and growing life, where you keep becoming better version of yourself.

Growth could be seen in terms of material possessions, money, power name, and fame, and could also be seen as becoming a more compassionate wiser happier and better human.

As per vedic scriptures, all growth must be aimed at getting closure to the higher consciousness and ultimately becoming one with it , which is Moksha the liberation from the cycle of birth and death.

The last day of the passing year is a good time to take stock of your growth in the passing year both in terms of material gains and self evolution.

Reflection and examination become very important as that leads to becoming wiser to face the coming year in a way that furthur leads to greater growth both externally and internally.

Experiences we have are the raw material of wisdom.

It’s the events, relationships, challenges, and successes we encounter.

Without experience, we have no data to process or lessons to learn.

We live through triumphs and failures, navigate complex situations, and encounter diverse perspectives. Each experience leaves its mark, shaping our understanding of the world and of ourselves.

Reflection is the crucial transformative ingredient.

Mere experience alone doesn’t guarantee wisdom.

Reflection involves actively thinking about our experiences, questioning them, analyzing their causes and consequences, and drawing insights from them.

We ask ourselves, what went well, what didn’t. What could I have done differently. What did I learn about myself and the world. This inner processing allows us to extract the nuggets of wisdom from the raw ore of experience.

May you remember that the cycle of experience and reflection leads to spiral growth. The more deeply we reflect on our experiences, the more we learn and grow. Conversely, richer experiences provide more material for meaningful reflection.

This ongoing cycle of accumulating experiences and reflecting on them leads to the gradual cultivation of wisdom, and we prepare ourselves for bigger and better things in life.

May you remember that examining our lives encourages us to think critically about our assumptions, societal norms, and our own biases. This questioning can lead to personal growth, intellectual development, and a more informed and ethical way of living.

May through careful examination and reflection today you gain invaluable insights about yourself the social and financial arrangements you have managed for yourself and how they are serving you and how you can make them more efficient and effective to achieve better growth in the coming year.

And may you in the new year continuously keep creating better things and keep enhancing joy abundance and well-being in your life and your world.

Have an examining and refecting journey ahead

]]>
Trusting and utilizing your own abilities to navigate life’s challenges and carve your own path is the foundation for self-reliance.

Living a life of self-reliance is a journey of empowerment, independence, and resilience.

As per vedic scriptures, Atman, the inner self, is the source of true strength and independence. Atman-Nirbharta, self-dependence or self-reliance, emphasizes the inherent potential within each individual to achieve fulfillment and liberation through their own efforts and inner wisdom.

The vedic texts advise various practices, mindsets, and skills to become Atma Nirbhar.

First and foremost is Karmayoga. This yogic path emphasizes selfless action and duty performed without attachment to outcomes. By dedicating actions to a higher purpose and focusing on the process rather than the fruits, one cultivates inner strength and reliance. In the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna teaches Arjuna to fulfill his duty with self-reliance and detachment, even in the face of daunting challenges.

Second is Aparigraha, or non-attachment and is advised as one of the ethical restraints – or Yamas. This principle encourages self-reliance by breaking free from dependence on external possessions and seeking fulfillment within oneself. By letting go of material desires and attachments, one cultivates inner contentment and reduces reliance on external validation.

Third is Svadyaya, the pursuit of self-study and knowledge, which also fosters self-reliance. Studying scriptures, reflecting on oneself, and seeking guidance from teachers empowers individuals to navigate life’s challenges with wisdom and discernment. By taking responsibility for their own learning and understanding, individuals become less reliant on external authorities and develop their own inner compass.

Lastly is the concept of Tapas, which is self-discipline. By facing challenges with perseverance and overcoming personal limitations, individuals tap into their inner strength and build resilience. Tapas can manifest in various forms, from physical austerities to mental discipline and unwavering focus.

May you remember that while practicing and being self-reliant , we still need to be interdependent and contribute to the well-being of others while maintaining our own inner strength.

May you also remember that being Atma Nirbhar and living a self-reliant life is an empowering journey that leads to greater confidence, independence, resilience, and personal fulfillment.

By being self reliant may you keep achieving your goals and keep creating bigger and better things to keep enhancing joy abundance and well-being in your life and your world.

A joyful life is one where an individuals dreams and desires are realised by achieving pre-defined goals.

Personal leadership is necessary to achieve such goals with integrity and determination.

Before one is ready to lead externally, one must be leading oneself effectively.

Kautilya an ancient Indian philosopher, teacher, economist, and political strategist in his work Arthashastra, has emphasized the importance of personal leadership to gain competency in not only state craft and governance but also in leading personal lives.

As per Kautilya, also known as chanakya , strong leadership in personal life comes from self-awareness, knowing what ones strengths, weaknesses, values, and goals are , and is absolutely critical.

This is followed by clear goal setting and a clarity of purpose. Knowing why you want to do what you intend to do is very important.

Then comes discipline. Strong leadership, whether in a nation or an individual’s life, requires discipline.

Chanakya advocated for self-discipline and self-control.

In personal life, this translates to managing your time, finances, and habits effectively.

Chanakya furthur advocates , ethical conduct, courage and confidence , resilience, relationship building , taking calculated risks, and continuous learning as an integral part of personal leadership.

May you realise the importance of personal leadership in having the ability to build great individuals, families , organisations, institutions, and nations.

The first step starts with the self.

May you by having this understanding and insights keep building a beautiful life and keep achieving your goals and keep realising your dreams and desires to continuously keep enhancing joy abundance and well-being in your life and your world.

Always be ficussed on cultivating and harnessing personal leadership to build a joyful and beautiful life.
