Every morning is a new beginning, a new opportunity and a new day to do things for progress and growth , but only the ones having strong minds do it.

Every day, we go through situations, sometimes newer & interesting, and sometimes complex and often complicated situations, but inevitably, there would be situations.

For a weak mind, situations are problems , and for a stable mind, situations are challenges, but for a strong mind, situations are opportunities.

How did you wake up today defines your mindset. Did you wake up thinking about problems or thinking about challenges or thinking about opportunities.

May you remember that the strong minded individuals get up every morning with three mindsets.

First, they get up, being grateful, every morning being able to open the eyes, and being alive itself is reason for gratitude, as many couldn’t manage to do that today , so count your blessings.

The second mindset of strong minds is intention setting , we must take some time aside to decide what we want to achieve today. Setting intentions help us to focus our energy and attention.

And the third mindset is letting go. Strong minds release any negativity or burdens of yesterday. Every day is a fresh start, and we don’t have to carry yesterday’s baggage today.

May you by practicing these three mindsets, of gratitude , setting your intentions and letting go every morning keep having a strong mind and may you keep venturing every day into opportunities and possibilities and you keep creating bigger and better things and you keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

Keep cultivating and living with a strong mindset always

A human life is a privileged life.

With the faculties of discretion and choice, we can choose to grow every day both in our material pursuits and our spiritual journey.

As per vedic scriptures we are spiritual beings having a human experience and our salvation is in growing our spirits to become one with the creator himself refrred to as Braham.

The vedic scriptures, however, also mention the need for material pursuits when it talks about four Purushartha, or pursuits.

Dharma Artha Kama and Moksha.

Artha is one of the central aims of human life. It translates to “wealth,” “means,” or “goal” in Sanskrit. Artha encompasses the pursuit of resources necessary for a fulfilling life, including food, shelter, education, security, and health.

This pursuit should be grounded in ethical principles and respect for nature.

Artha involves striving for economic stability and prosperity, both for oneself and for one’s family and community. It encourages productive engagement in work and society.

Artha promotes the ability to live independently and with dignity, free from dependence on others. This includes financial security, physical well-being, and personal safety. the pursuit of Artha should not be driven by greed or a desire for excess.

It should be balanced with Dharma (righteousness) and Kama (pleasure) to avoid harming oneself or others.

May you remember that growth in both material and spiritual realms must have a sense of urgency as life is passing by every moment, and every moment we are nearing the end of our earthly journey.

Let’s utilise it well with a super sense of urgency in enriching our lives with material goals and enriching our spirits with spiritual progress.

Yesterday is history, and today will also be gone before we know it.

May you remember that we all have dreams, desires, and aspirations, and those who realise them are continuously growing and progressing, and that’s the central aim of human existence.

May you therefore cultivate a sense of urgency which will happen by having a sense of purpose , imagining the enhanced existence , having discipline , getting uncomfortable frequently, avoiding distraction and being focussed and living in gratitude.

May you ever keep growing and becoming better with a sense of urgency and may you keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

Have a life lived in sense of urgency.

The amount of load something is able to take defines its strength. That’s true in case of humans also, the strength of individuals is reflected on how much they are able to endure in life and how much they are capable to take on comprehend and manage at any given point.

The strength of objects is only physical. However, the strength individuals have is multifold , its physical mental emotional, spiritual, and much more. Interestingly, objects have a fixed capacity of taking load beyond which they will break , but individuals have infinite capacity , developed to varying degree of finite limit in different people, and beyond a point, individuals also break down and burn out.

This breaking point in humans can be increased and enhanced daily by slowly and gradually increasing the load , just like in any physical gym , slowly the muscles learn and grow to become stronger.

May you remember that the challenges and burdens you are facing and overcoming in life are strengthening you and helping you grow and evolve. The more the load, the more the growth and more the strength.

In vedic scriptures, strength is referred to as Bal , which is a sanskrit word meaning strength. There are six types of bal defined and explained in this scriptures.

Sthula Bal ( Physical strength) that encompasses muscular power, endurance, and the ability to perform physical feats.

Next is the Manas Bal ( Mental Strength ) the power of the mind and encompasses concentration, focus, memory, critical thinking, and the ability to overcome mental challenges.

Third is the Pranic Bal ( Vital energy strength ) this relates to the life force or prana that animates our bodies and minds.

Fourth is the Atmic Bal ( Spiritual Strength) , this is the strength of the soul or Atman, the essence of our being, and encompasses self-awareness, inner peace, equanimity, and the ability to connect with the divine.

Fifth is the Bauddhik Bal ( Intellectual Strength) this refers to the power of knowledge and understanding.

Lastly is the Daivika Bal ( Divine power ) this is the strength that comes from aligning oneself with the divine forces of the universe. It involves faith, surrender, and the belief that a higher power can guide and support us.

May you keep enduring more load and keep growing your Balas ( strengths ) and keep becoming stronger and stronger in all six kinds of strengths to keep creating bigger and better things and keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

May you keep living a life being grateful for your loads and keep evolving and keep growing to keep becoming a better version of yourself

A happy and fulfilled life is lived in Intense action, detachment and non possesiveness http://divineflame.in/2023/08/10/a-happy-and-fulfilled-life-is-lived-in-intense-action-detachment-and-non-possesiveness/ http://divineflame.in/2023/08/10/a-happy-and-fulfilled-life-is-lived-in-intense-action-detachment-and-non-possesiveness/#respond Thu, 10 Aug 2023 02:56:51 +0000 http://divineflame.in/?p=173 A human life is a privileged life as we have the ability to make conscious […]

]]>
A human life is a privileged life as we have the ability to make conscious choices and have the capacity for self-awareness and introspection.

No other species on earth has this. Animals do make compulsive choices , and that’s as far as they can go.

If you are able to read this , then you are amongst the most priviledged ones on this planet , as you are human to start with , then you are educated , then you have an advanced device on which you are able to recieve this.

For this ,you must be exuding with gratefulness and overflowing with it right now.

If you are not, take a moment to go back and go through all the privileges you have including the ones of having eyes and arms and fingers, with which you are scrolling.

May you know that many walking on this earth don’t even have these.

Because we are privileged ones to such extremes , we must be grateful for every breath.

However, the irony is that mostly, we don’t, as humans, we have the habit of focusing on what we don’t have and then feel unfulfilled.

May you remember that to live a happy and fulfilled life, as per eastern scriptures, is to keep taking action towards what you think should be.

All actions form part of your Karma.

According to the law of karma, individuals are responsible for their actions and their consequences.

While people have agency and make choices, the outcomes of those choices are influenced by the law of cause and effect.

The concept of “Nishkama Karma” also relates to this idea, suggesting that one should perform actions selflessly without attachment to the results, recognizing that the results are not entirely within one’s control.

The main reason you feel ungrateful is because of your need for control .

You want life to happen exactly the way you want, and you suffer when it doesn’t.

May you remember that life is happening to you and you are not making life happen , as even a single breath is not in your control, it is given to you and can be taken away any moment.

Therefore, you must live a life of detachment, called “Aparigraha,” in the vedic scriptures.

It is a concept that refers to the practice of non-attachment or non-possessiveness.

In the context of leading a happy, meaningful, and fulfilled life, ” Aparigraha” holds significant value.

While ” Karma” calls for intense actions towards changing things that you think must be changed and good, Karma leads to building a desirable life and getting what you want.

Aparigraha encourages you to engage in actions with awareness, detachment, and a focus on inner growth.

May you thetefore being grateful for what you have keep taking actions towards what you want , without being attached to results and keep living life in non attachment and non possessiveness and keep creating better things in life and keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

May you keep living a happy meaningful and fulfilled life always biased towards intense action yet being detatched and being in a state of non possession

Being Grateful for our challenges http://divineflame.in/2023/05/13/being-grateful-for-our-challenges/ http://divineflame.in/2023/05/13/being-grateful-for-our-challenges/#respond Sat, 13 May 2023 03:39:31 +0000 http://divineflame.in/?p=49 Our ultimate aim in life is to become better, and to be able to fulfill […]

]]>
Our ultimate aim in life is to become better, and to be able to fulfill our duties and responsibilities in a better way, to be more wise, more intelligent, have more skills and knowledge and succeed in the material world by having money power and fame or whatever one believes makes one successful.

Our ultimate aim also is to evolve our consciousness and be more like the supreme power, infinite intelligence, or God whatever we may believe in. And still most of us despise and often hate the challenges which are thrown at us, and ask questions like why me, and complain to the higher power or surrender to it and pray for the challenge being removed .

This happens when our ultimate aim is forgotten, which is to be better and to grow in all aspects of our life.

May you always remember that you can not become stronger and better without facing challenges and overcoming them.

May you also remember that the almighty the supreme power never gives you any challenge without giving you the powers to handle them.

Every problem in life, every challenge, every difficulty comes to take us towards our ultimate goal of being better , and therefore one must always be thankful and grateful for the challenges one is facing and those which keep coming their way.

May you remember that you have already been given the tools and resources to handle your obstacles, If you look around hard, you will find them, or they will come to you. May you, therefore, always remember that you are never given a challenge without being given the ability to overcome it, which is a powerful reminder of your strength and resilience.

When you combine this belief with gratitude for your struggles and a belief that challenges are given to you in a manageable way, you can approach any obstacle with a sense of confidence and determination.

And you take the needed actions to create the solutions, and you continuously keep making progress and keep growing, and you keep enhancing joy abundance and well-being in your life and your world.
