Experiencing more moments of peace, bliss, and meaning, even amidst the inevitable challenges of life, every day, is existing beautifully in this world.

This happens when we are constantly working towards our grand visions while being fully aware in the present moment and experiencing the joy and happiness and gratitude that the present moment brings.

Striking this delicate balance happens by anchoring our consciousness towards the most evolved side of the spectrum.

May you know that as per vedic scriptures our consiousnes could be broadly defined as having four stages which are Covered, Shrunken, Budding, Blooming, Fully Bloomed.

Vedic texts describe five states of consciousness related to spiritual progress. “Covered” represents unconsciousness, while “Fully Bloomed” signifies liberation and self-realization.

May you remember that to live most of the time in ecstacy joy and bliss, you need to keep vibrating in the highest state of consioisness which is of self-realization.

The vedic scriptures not only give you this destination , which is merging of Atman – individual consciousness with the Parmatman – universal consciousness or Brahman – the ultimate reality, but also gives you tools and practices through yoga, meditation and other disciplines to reach that destination by embarking on this meaningful and fulfilling journey.

May you reflecting on your state of consiousness keep practicing and keep striving to move towards the higher end of the spectrum and keep enjoying moments of peace and bliss, and keep enhancing abundance joy and well being in your life and your world.

May you have an understanding of your state on consciousness and may you always keep gravitating towards the higher levels and be more peaceful and be more blissful

An unexamined life is not worth living , said the wise. And wisdom is enhanced by reflection on experiences.

The last day of the year, therefore, is a good time for examination and reflection.

A happy joyous meaningful and fulfilling life is a progressive and growing life, where you keep becoming better version of yourself.

Growth could be seen in terms of material possessions, money, power name, and fame, and could also be seen as becoming a more compassionate wiser happier and better human.

As per vedic scriptures, all growth must be aimed at getting closure to the higher consciousness and ultimately becoming one with it , which is Moksha the liberation from the cycle of birth and death.

The last day of the passing year is a good time to take stock of your growth in the passing year both in terms of material gains and self evolution.

Reflection and examination become very important as that leads to becoming wiser to face the coming year in a way that furthur leads to greater growth both externally and internally.

Experiences we have are the raw material of wisdom.

It’s the events, relationships, challenges, and successes we encounter.

Without experience, we have no data to process or lessons to learn.

We live through triumphs and failures, navigate complex situations, and encounter diverse perspectives. Each experience leaves its mark, shaping our understanding of the world and of ourselves.

Reflection is the crucial transformative ingredient.

Mere experience alone doesn’t guarantee wisdom.

Reflection involves actively thinking about our experiences, questioning them, analyzing their causes and consequences, and drawing insights from them.

We ask ourselves, what went well, what didn’t. What could I have done differently. What did I learn about myself and the world. This inner processing allows us to extract the nuggets of wisdom from the raw ore of experience.

May you remember that the cycle of experience and reflection leads to spiral growth. The more deeply we reflect on our experiences, the more we learn and grow. Conversely, richer experiences provide more material for meaningful reflection.

This ongoing cycle of accumulating experiences and reflecting on them leads to the gradual cultivation of wisdom, and we prepare ourselves for bigger and better things in life.

May you remember that examining our lives encourages us to think critically about our assumptions, societal norms, and our own biases. This questioning can lead to personal growth, intellectual development, and a more informed and ethical way of living.

May through careful examination and reflection today you gain invaluable insights about yourself the social and financial arrangements you have managed for yourself and how they are serving you and how you can make them more efficient and effective to achieve better growth in the coming year.

And may you in the new year continuously keep creating better things and keep enhancing joy abundance and well-being in your life and your world.

Have an examining and refecting journey ahead

The amount of load something is able to take defines its strength. That’s true in case of humans also, the strength of individuals is reflected on how much they are able to endure in life and how much they are capable to take on comprehend and manage at any given point.

The strength of objects is only physical. However, the strength individuals have is multifold , its physical mental emotional, spiritual, and much more. Interestingly, objects have a fixed capacity of taking load beyond which they will break , but individuals have infinite capacity , developed to varying degree of finite limit in different people, and beyond a point, individuals also break down and burn out.

This breaking point in humans can be increased and enhanced daily by slowly and gradually increasing the load , just like in any physical gym , slowly the muscles learn and grow to become stronger.

May you remember that the challenges and burdens you are facing and overcoming in life are strengthening you and helping you grow and evolve. The more the load, the more the growth and more the strength.

In vedic scriptures, strength is referred to as Bal , which is a sanskrit word meaning strength. There are six types of bal defined and explained in this scriptures.

Sthula Bal ( Physical strength) that encompasses muscular power, endurance, and the ability to perform physical feats.

Next is the Manas Bal ( Mental Strength ) the power of the mind and encompasses concentration, focus, memory, critical thinking, and the ability to overcome mental challenges.

Third is the Pranic Bal ( Vital energy strength ) this relates to the life force or prana that animates our bodies and minds.

Fourth is the Atmic Bal ( Spiritual Strength) , this is the strength of the soul or Atman, the essence of our being, and encompasses self-awareness, inner peace, equanimity, and the ability to connect with the divine.

Fifth is the Bauddhik Bal ( Intellectual Strength) this refers to the power of knowledge and understanding.

Lastly is the Daivika Bal ( Divine power ) this is the strength that comes from aligning oneself with the divine forces of the universe. It involves faith, surrender, and the belief that a higher power can guide and support us.

May you keep enduring more load and keep growing your Balas ( strengths ) and keep becoming stronger and stronger in all six kinds of strengths to keep creating bigger and better things and keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

May you keep living a life being grateful for your loads and keep evolving and keep growing to keep becoming a better version of yourself

Amongst our duties and responsibilities, and pursuit of success and happiness, the ancient vedic scriptures, especially the Rigveda, emphasize the pursuit of knowledge as a lifelong endeavor.

They highlight the importance of gaining wisdom through study, contemplation, and the guidance of wise teachers.

This pursuit of knowledge is considered a sacred duty. Wise men understand this and keep themselves engaged in lifelong learning by contemplation.

May you remember that our journey of acquiring knowledge and wisdom never truly ends.

The seeker always gets enriched and wiser. The wise are those who are quick to learn from their mistakes. Otherwise, the universe seems to have a way of repeating these mistakes until they are thoroughly understood.

Those who don’t learn from their mistakes keep repeating the same mistakes again and again and keep suffering , this happens either because of their ignorance that the learning never ends or the adamant ego which says , I know it all.

May you remember that a mistake repeated again and again doesn’t remain a mistake, it becomes a choice.

And when you fall under ignorance or the mighty ego to keep doing the same thing , you have chosen suffering as against growth success and happiness.

May you remember and understand that the swiftest path to personal development is acknowledging errors, understanding their underlying causes, and taking corrective action promptly.

This approach to learning from mistakes is not merely about rectifying what went wrong; it’s about evolving into a better version of oneself.

May you by understanding your sacred duty of pursuing knowledge and becoming better, keep learning from mistakes faster and keep getting wiser and keep getting better to keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

Always have a focus on learning and gaining knowledge to becoming a better version of yourself to keep succeeding in your endeavours and enhancing happiness in your life

Humans want to be happy.

The pursuit of happiness drives individuals to have a variety of goals and engage in activities to reach those goals.

Happiness means different thing to different people depending on what stage of existence they are.

In fact happiness itself is said to have three stages , which are pleasure , happiness and bliss.

In vedic scriptures pleasure and happiness are refereed to as Ananda and bliss as Paramananda , the latter is made up of two words Param & Ananda , where param means ultimate. So bliss is said to be the ultimate happiness.

The three stages of happiness are like the three stages of fruits being borne by trees.

Pleasure is like the bloomed flowers, happiness is like the formed fruit in the raw stage and bliss is like the ripened fruit , ready to fall of and provide nourishment and happiness to others.

May you remember that pleasures you seek for happiness , like the infinite bloomed flowers don’t last long , they wither away.

Pleasure can provide temporary happiness, it is fleeting and often leads to a cycle of seeking more and more pleasure without lasting contentment.

The real happiness is like the raw formed fruit , some of it may last longer.

True happiness is not derived from external sources but comes from within. It arises when individuals are able to go beyond the fleeting nature of pleasure and find contentment, joy, and peace within themselves.

This is Ananda.

And finally, bliss is the ripened fruit , spreading pleasure happiness and bliss to others. Bliss is the ultimate realization of one’s true nature, transcending the duality of pleasure and happiness.

It is a state of profound spiritual enlightenment and inner harmony, where individuals experience a sense of oneness with the universe and a deep, unshakable inner joy.

This is Parmananda.

The ultimate everlasting joy and happiness. The vedic scriptures provide many beliefs mindsets and practices, which are tools to reach this stage.

May you remember these three stages of happiness, and while you keep indulging in sensory and materialistic pleasure , try and learn to go within and find inner happiness to move towards ultimate bliss.

May you keep evolving to keep getting better and keep enhancing abundance, joy, and well-being in your life and your world, to finally keep existing and living in bliss which is parmananda

A more purposeful , peaceful, and fulfilling life is built when one lives by intentions and mindfulness.

Living without intention and mindfulness often results in living on autopilot, where one’s actions and decisions are driven by habit, external influences, or reactions to immediate stimuli rather than conscious choices.

On the contrary, living with intentions and mindfulness involves consciously and purposefully directing your focus and actions in the present moment, which means making deliberate choices and decisions based on your values, goals, and desires.

It involves setting clear objectives for various aspects of your life and taking actions that align with those objectives.

This approach emphasizes a sense of purpose and direction in everything you do.

May you remember that to live intentionally and mindfully, you will need introspection and making conscious choices. It starts by understanding and defining your values, goals, and priorities.

What matters most to you in life? Having a clear sense of purpose will guide your actions.

Then, you need to practice mindfulness, which is the practice of being fully present in the moment.

Engage in activities with your full attention, whether it’s eating, walking, or simply breathing.

Ayurveda, the ancient eastern system of medicine, advocates mindful eating.

Which is paying attention to the qualities of food, eating slowly, and savoring each bite.

This enhances mindfulness around nourishment.

Similarly, mindfulness could be practiced in every activity where you are fully focussed and aware of your actions and thoughts and are deeply engaged in it.

Living intentionally and not on auto pilot will also happen by being in gratitude and having a sense of contentment.

Cultivating gratitude for what you have and finding contentment in the present moment can lead to a more mindful and intentional way of living.

Which does not mean you take your attention away from what you want. It means accepting what is , being fully grateful and contented for it , while knowing clearly where you want to go without having any anxiety about it.

May you by following these mindsets and practices start living mindfully and intentionally to continuously enhance abundance, joy, and well-being in your life and your world.

Build a beautiful peaceful meaningful and fulfilling life by living intentionally and mindfully.

Living a more joyful and fulfilled life happens by being grateful.

Gratefulness, as understood through ancient eastern wisdom, is a profound and transformative state of being that transcends mere words of thanks.

In the Vedic tradition, gratitude, or “kritajna,” is not just a polite gesture; it’s a spiritual practice that aligns individuals with the fundamental principles of the universe.

The Vedas teach us to be thankful not only for the blessings we receive but also for the interconnectedness of all life.

They remind us that the air we breathe, the food we eat, and the abundance we enjoy are gifts from the divine forces and the natural world. Gratitude is thus an acknowledgment of this interconnected web of existence.

Moreover, the practice of gratitude in the Vedic tradition extends beyond the material realm. It encompasses a deep sense of appreciation for the spiritual journey, the pursuit of knowledge, and the opportunity for self-realization.

This attitude of gratitude fosters humility, reminding us that we are but a small part of a vast cosmic order.

In cultivating gratitude, we embrace the principle of giving back, expressing our thanks not only through words but through selfless acts (seva), service to others, and a harmonious relationship with nature.

Gratefulness, in the Vedic sense, is a path to inner peace, contentment, and spiritual growth, reminding us that every moment is an opportunity to recognize and cherish the abundant blessings that surround us.

May you remember that you exist because of the air you breathe, which is provided in abundance by nature , and must be the first step in gratefulness, everything else , who you are, and what you have comes after that.

Even your challenges exist because you exist.

May you therefore remembering that the air, the food, and all abundance we receive are blessings of the divine forces, and we must always exist in a profound transformative state of gratefulness, which is a deep emotive state and is beyond mere formal words of thanks.

May you remember that being “Kritajna,” or grateful for every breath, will help you appreciate everything around you, and you will feel joyful and fulfilled irrespective of what you have or don’t have in your life, and by being more joyful you will create better things and you will keep enhancing abundance and well-being in your life and your world.

Have a living in a grateful state of existence snd experience more joy and fulfillment in life

]]>
A deeper and more purposeful existence may be achieved by having a profound sense of interconnectedness and oneness with the universe.

This oneness is propagated by philosophy and spirituality and validated by science.

In spirituality and philosophy, there is a higher power, which is beyond the comprehension of human faculties and the laws of nature and logical reasoning.

The eastern wisdom believes this power to be in every being and everything, that’s why in vedic culture everything is worshipped.

Modern science now has agreed and accepted that energy and matter are interchangeable and everything is made up of the same stuff .

And when everything is made up of the same stuff, then the same stuff is omnipresent and permeates all existence.

Which means that there is interconnectedness and oneness in the universe.

May you remember that when you cultivate, develop, believe and internalize this idea of interconnected and oneness you start having a very deep meaningful rich and purposeful existence,

May you also remember that both, various philosophies and science suggest that our attachment to material possessions is superficial.

We can lead more fulfilling lives by focusing less on materialism and more on inner growth, relationships, and experiences that nourish the soul.

The understanding of interconnectedness and oneness can lead to a more ethical and moral life. Individuals may be more inclined to act with kindness, fairness, and empathy, benefiting not only themselves but society as a whole.

May you thetefore live in the recognition of this interconnectedness and oneness of everything through energy.

By embracing this understanding, you can lead richer, more meaningful, and fulfilling life by fostering empathy, practicing mindfulness, caring for the environment, reducing materialism, and living ethically.

This provides a holistic framework for personal and societal well-being.

And by living in this awareness, apart from your well- being, you also keep enhancing abundance and joy in your life and your world.

May you by being anchored in the belief of interconnected and oneness keep living a deeper richer meaningful and fulfilling life.

A beautiful life is built by leadership of the self. Maximum understanding of the self and of the real and the unreal helps in making the right decisions, creating better things, and fostering deep meaningful relations.

Leadership of the self comes from being a Truth Seeker.

Truth Seekers are individuals who actively seek to uncover, understand, and pursue the truth in various aspects of life, whether that’s related to philosophical, scientific, religious, or personal matters.

They often question conventional beliefs, critically analyze information, and engage in introspection to arrive at their own conclusions.

Truth seekers value evidence, open-mindedness, and a willingness to challenge their own assumptions in their pursuit of deeper understanding and knowledge.

Truth seekers fall in the category of wise people, as explained by a great author, who said that fools are those who think they are wise , while those are the wise ones who believe themselves to be fools.

The lyrics of a very popular song resonate with the same idea, when it says the more I learn, the less I know about before.

Truth seekers know very well that the greater the understanding they get , the more they find how ignorant they were.

May you know that being a Truth Seeker helps you do things better because you create a positive impact, foster growth, and guide yourself and everyone around you toward success.

May you also know that the ancient vedic scriptures associate Dharma, Satya, Ahimsa, Viveka, and Seva apart from other aspects with truth seekers.

If you try to listen deeply, seek to understand better, aim to discern the real from the unreal , try to gain more knowledge and question the norms, you will start living a life in Dharma , which is the righteous path where you make just and ethical decisions that benefit the greater good.

You will also start to follow Satya , which is speaking and upholding the truth, as it leads to trust and harmony.

You would follow Ahimsa, non-violence, where everything is resolved peacefully and an atmosphere of non-agression is created.

You will also experience enhanced Viveka, which refers to discernment or discrimination between the real and the unreal. Which helps you make informed choices, distinguishing between short-term gains and long-term benefits.

Finally, you indulge in Seva, or selfless service, which leads to prioritizing the well-being of others.

May you thetefore remember that by being a Truth Seeker you become wiser , more peaceful and more successful and you continuously keep creating better things keep getting better and keep enhancing abundance joy and well being in your life and your world.

May you keep living a life being a Truth Seeker and practicing self leadership to create and live a beautiful life

]]>
Life is an endless journey between perception and reality.

The best way to live it is by enjoying this adventure everyday.

As per the vedic scriptures, reality as perceived by human senses and faculties is nothing but an illusion , called “Maya”.

The truth is something else. The vedic teachings, especially Advaita Vedanta, emphasize non-duality—the realization that there is an underlying unity between the individual self (atman) and the ultimate reality (Brahman).

And to experience this non-dual consciousness one needs to be (Jigyasu),which means someone having a strong desire for knowledge , particularly spiritual knowledge , as by seeking the latter only, one can realise the ultimate truth.

However, the vedic scriptures also define this path where humans can travel from being ignorant to fully realised and it’s defined as living the four purushartha , “Dharma” , “Artha”, “Kama” and “Moksha”.

These four aims guide a persons life path and pursuits.

Which means while it’s okay to keep living in the illusion and being entagled in your perceptions of reality and keep pursuing material wealth and possessions and keep enjoying all sensual pleasures in the world you must do it following your moral duties and righteousness, and ultimately one must pursue realization of the truth to be one with ultimate reality.

And that’s the adventure of life one must keep living and enjoying.

May you know that embracing life as an adventure means acknowledging that life is a constant interplay between our perceptions, shaped by our thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and the objective reality that exists outside of our minds, and finding joy in the exploration of both our inner perceptions and the external reality.

By doing so, we can cultivate a sense of curiosity, open-mindedness, and resilience.

It’s about seeking to understand the world around us, challenging our assumptions, and adapting our perceptions as we gather new experiences and knowledge.

May you know that when you are the “Jigyasu” the seeker of truth , you don’t approach life with your fixated perceptions , you don’t judge , you accept , you seek to listen and understand, you are eager to learn from every experience and every conversation and when you are anchored in this state of mind , life is always an adventure.

Because you don’t try to control anything, you are a mere traveler pushing your limits and moving forward and making progress in whatever endeavor you are engaged with, and life becomes a perpetual adventure.

Exciting , thrilling, and having the fun of exploring the uncertainties and always walking into the unknown and forever learning and growing.

And you continuously keep getting better and creating better and bigger things, and you keep enhancing joy abundance and well-being in your life and your world.

May you keep seeking the truth and keep living the adventurous life everyday
