Experiencing more moments of peace, bliss, and meaning, even amidst the inevitable challenges of life, every day, is existing beautifully in this world.

This happens when we are constantly working towards our grand visions while being fully aware in the present moment and experiencing the joy and happiness and gratitude that the present moment brings.

Striking this delicate balance happens by anchoring our consciousness towards the most evolved side of the spectrum.

May you know that as per vedic scriptures our consiousnes could be broadly defined as having four stages which are Covered, Shrunken, Budding, Blooming, Fully Bloomed.

Vedic texts describe five states of consciousness related to spiritual progress. “Covered” represents unconsciousness, while “Fully Bloomed” signifies liberation and self-realization.

May you remember that to live most of the time in ecstacy joy and bliss, you need to keep vibrating in the highest state of consioisness which is of self-realization.

The vedic scriptures not only give you this destination , which is merging of Atman – individual consciousness with the Parmatman – universal consciousness or Brahman – the ultimate reality, but also gives you tools and practices through yoga, meditation and other disciplines to reach that destination by embarking on this meaningful and fulfilling journey.

May you reflecting on your state of consiousness keep practicing and keep striving to move towards the higher end of the spectrum and keep enjoying moments of peace and bliss, and keep enhancing abundance joy and well being in your life and your world.

May you have an understanding of your state on consciousness and may you always keep gravitating towards the higher levels and be more peaceful and be more blissful

A human life is a privileged life.

With the faculties of discretion and choice, we can choose to grow every day both in our material pursuits and our spiritual journey.

As per vedic scriptures we are spiritual beings having a human experience and our salvation is in growing our spirits to become one with the creator himself refrred to as Braham.

The vedic scriptures, however, also mention the need for material pursuits when it talks about four Purushartha, or pursuits.

Dharma Artha Kama and Moksha.

Artha is one of the central aims of human life. It translates to “wealth,” “means,” or “goal” in Sanskrit. Artha encompasses the pursuit of resources necessary for a fulfilling life, including food, shelter, education, security, and health.

This pursuit should be grounded in ethical principles and respect for nature.

Artha involves striving for economic stability and prosperity, both for oneself and for one’s family and community. It encourages productive engagement in work and society.

Artha promotes the ability to live independently and with dignity, free from dependence on others. This includes financial security, physical well-being, and personal safety. the pursuit of Artha should not be driven by greed or a desire for excess.

It should be balanced with Dharma (righteousness) and Kama (pleasure) to avoid harming oneself or others.

May you remember that growth in both material and spiritual realms must have a sense of urgency as life is passing by every moment, and every moment we are nearing the end of our earthly journey.

Let’s utilise it well with a super sense of urgency in enriching our lives with material goals and enriching our spirits with spiritual progress.

Yesterday is history, and today will also be gone before we know it.

May you remember that we all have dreams, desires, and aspirations, and those who realise them are continuously growing and progressing, and that’s the central aim of human existence.

May you therefore cultivate a sense of urgency which will happen by having a sense of purpose , imagining the enhanced existence , having discipline , getting uncomfortable frequently, avoiding distraction and being focussed and living in gratitude.

May you ever keep growing and becoming better with a sense of urgency and may you keep enhancing joy abundance and well being in your life and your world.

Have a life lived in sense of urgency.

Everytiing is first created in the Mind , the super powerful human brain with its two excellent faculties of memory and imagination learns from experiences and visualises through creativity, newer and better stuff.

And, Buddha said, whatever the mind thinks and whatever the dominent thoughts are , they become things.

Imagine a scenario where a human mind always thinks of beautiful and useful creations and they keep becoming realities.

The problem with the human brain and therefore the mind is that its never at rest, its always on.

As per research its always operating at 95 percent of its potential, even when there is no visible activity or distractions in the front.

There is always tremendous background activity. As per research once externally idle , several parts of the brain ramp up activity.

All these interconnected parts of the brain are focussed on self-referential processes, such as recalling personal memories to navigate the future, feeling emotions, and evaluating incoming information.

The scientists called this process the Default Mode Network.

May you remember that this default mode network decides how you think and feel when you are left alone with yourself.

In loneliness most get fearful and worrisome and emotionally overwhelmed, however the ones who understand this basic nature of the mind and who consiously train their , this monkey mind to think positively, end up in self reflection and visualising a brilliant future when left to themselves.

Solitudes then become powerful moments of visualising and weaving the future of your dreams and desires and creating the magic you need in your life.

May you by mastering your mind keep visualising better things and keep making them a reality, and you continuously keep enhancing joy abundmace and well being in your life and your world.

Have a positively disposed Default Mode Network brain days always

Nature is effortlessly successful, and so are we , let’s learn from the Bamboo and the River http://divineflame.in/2023/07/24/nature-is-effortlessly-successful-and-so-are-we-lets-learn-from-the-bamboo-and-the-river/ http://divineflame.in/2023/07/24/nature-is-effortlessly-successful-and-so-are-we-lets-learn-from-the-bamboo-and-the-river/#respond Mon, 24 Jul 2023 05:07:20 +0000 http://divineflame.in/?p=152 An effortlessly successful life is a beautiful life. An effortlessly successful life is a beautiful life.

To lead such a life, we need to learn from nature and the cosmos we live in, which is ever growing and ever evolving effortlessly.

Everything in nature is effortless , the birds don’t exert force to fly , they do it effortlessly, the flowers without any pressure turn into fruits seamlessly , the grass doesn’t try to grow , it simply grows, there is no struggle or effort or suffering.

When nature is so seamless and effortless right from the grass to the cosmos , why do we, who are part of it, struggle.

Let us look at the bamboo and the river, and we can learn lessons in effortlessness by learning patience, adaptability, and flexibility by learning resilience , acceptance, and always being non resistance and by learning to be in the flow.

May you remember that having all these qualities are necessary for effortless success.

The bamboo patiently takes years of preparation for growth , however, once it launches itself out of the soil , its hunger for growth in less time is phenomenal.

Bamboo demonstrates resilience by bending with strong winds rather than resisting them, and after the storm passes, it returns to its upright position.

Similarly, in life, obstacles and challenges are inevitable, but like bamboo, we should adapt and stay strong in the face of adversity. Bamboo’s flexibility allows it to sway without breaking, representing the importance of being adaptable and open to change.

Being rigid can lead to failure, but being flexible enables us to navigate through different circumstances and emerge victorious.

Bamboo’s rapid growth showcases the power of consistent effort. Though it may take years for bamboo to sprout, once it does, it grows rapidly.

Likewise, success often requires patience and perseverance, with the understanding that progress may not be immediate, but with consistent dedication, it will come.

Similarly, learning to be in the flow like a river complements the idea of succeeding like bamboo.

Both the bamboo and the river teach us the importance of adopting a certain mindset and approach to life that can lead to personal growth and success.

May you remember that being in the flow like a river, is being in the state of optimal experience and effortless action.

Just as a river flows naturally and smoothly around obstacles, we can learn to navigate through life with a sense of ease and grace. Like bamboo’s flexibility, a river adapts its course to the landscape it encounters.

Similarly, when we embrace the flow, we become more adaptable to changing circumstances, allowing us to find creative solutions to challenges and avoid unnecessary resistance.

May you remember that rivers keep moving forward with a steady flow, never stopping due to hurdles they encounter. Likewise, being in the flow means persistently moving towards our goals, even when facing setbacks or obstacles.

May you remember that the river howsoever mighty and powerful it seems its in a state of total surrender and acceptance: A river doesn’t fight against the rocks or the current; it accepts and embraces its surroundings.

Similarly, being in the flow requires accepting the present moment, surrendering to things we can not control, and finding peace within ourselves. May you always remember that by learning to succeed like the bamboo and learning to be in the flow like a river, we develop a powerful mindset that allows us to approach life with resilience, flexibility, persistence, and a sense of ease. It encourages us to move with the natural rhythm of life, making our journey towards success and personal fulfillment more fulfilling, harmonious, and effortless.

May you keep acting effortlessly like nature to keep growing and keep enhancing joy abundance and well-being in your life and your world.

May you always keep living life like the bamboo and the river,, effortlessly successful.

Life is a forever unfolding journey.

Everyday things happen , few to our liking and the way we want, and few contrary to our desires, yet they happen.

Surviving, sustaining, and thriving in this ever unfolding journey of life happens with acceptance and resilience.

With acceptance, we believe that whatever happens happens, and it’s okay.

With resilience, we move on with our duties and continuously do what’s needed in the given situation.

The ancient vedic wisdom helps us in this with the idea of Dharma and Karma.

Dharma refers to one’s duty or righteous path in life. By living in accordance with one’s dharma, individuals strive to accept their circumstances and perform their responsibilities without excessive attachment to outcomes.

Karma is the law of cause and effect. According to which every action we take, it generates consequences, either in this life or in future lives.

Accepting what happens can be seen as acknowledging the unfolding of one’s karma and surrendering to its effects, its called Prarabdh Karma , the portion of our past actions that have already begun to bear fruit in the present life.

The vedic scriptures also talk about Maya , the impermanent nature of reality, and understanding this total acceptance is achieved through Jnana Yoga, which is the path of knowledge and wisdom. It involves contemplating and understanding the nature of reality, including the transient and ever-changing nature of existence, which is referred to as Maya.

May you know that through the path of Jnana Yoga, you develop a deep insight into the impermanence of events and develop acceptance as a result.

Finally, absolute acceptance comes from being anchored in Ishavra , the supreme being, the source of the universe, and the ultimate controller of destiny. Accepting what happens is connected to surrendering to the divine will and trusting that everything occurs as part of a greater cosmic plan.

May you, by believing in the ideas of Dharma and Karma, practicing Jnana Yoga and understanding Maya, surrender completely to Ishvara and lead a life of acceptance and resilience and keep co-creating all that you can and keep accepting whatever happens and keep being at peace with it to continuously keep enhancing abundance joy and well-being in your life and your world.

May you always are able to lead an accepting and resilient life.

Having more fulfilling experiences in life depends on living in the present moment and embracing the unpredictability of life , which is a complex journey.

Life is filled with constant change, and trying to seek definitive answers to its intricacies can be an exercise in futility.

When we believe we have discovered the answers, life has a way of altering the questions.

Circumstances shift, new challenges arise, and our perspectives evolve. The very nature of existence is dynamic, and our understanding of it is forever evolving.

Therefore, it is wiser to focus on adapting and navigating the ever-changing landscape rather than clinging to rigid answers.

May you remember that by approaching life with an open mind and a willingness to embrace the unknown, we cultivate resilience and flexibility. We learn to flow with the currents, adapting our thoughts, beliefs, and actions accordingly.

May you also know that this perspective enables you to explore new possibilities, find growth in unexpected places, and ultimately live a more authentic and fulfilling life.

May you, therefore, remember that life’s complexity invites us to embrace its mysteries, appreciate the journey, and find meaning in the ever-shifting questions rather than fixating on elusive answers.

And by flowing and adapting like a river, may you keep progressing in life, dancing , maneuvering obstacles, growing, expanding , becoming deeper, and ultimately becoming the ocean.

May you, throughout this journey, keep becoming better and keep enhancing joy abundance and well-being in your life and your world.

Keep living by embracing the uncertainties & change and keep existing in present moment awareness and keep flowing like a river.

Words are powerful, and so are ideas.

To live life like a breeze, we must have a deep-rooted understanding and belief of the idea that there are no failures in life, only feedbacks.

Which simply means that instead of viewing mistakes and setbacks as failures, we reframe them as opportunities to learn and grow.

When we encounter challenges or make mistakes, we can view them as feedback from the universe, indicating where we need to improve or make changes.

This mindset shift can be empowering, as it allows us to take control of our experiences and use them as opportunities for self-improvement.

Rather than dwelling on our mistakes and feeling defeated, we can use them as motivation to do better and make positive changes.

This approach also encourages a growth mindset, where we view our abilities as something that can be developed and improved over time rather than fixed traits.

By embracing the idea that there are no failures, only feedbacks, we can cultivate resilience, learn from our experiences, and ultimately achieve greater success in life.

May you eliminate the word failure from your thinking and replace it with feedback and when you do that , you turn every setback into an opportunity to learn and grow and come back with greater force to attempt what you started and keep attempting till you succeed , enjoying the process all along and continuously enhancing joy abundmace and well being in your life and your world.

Keep being happy and resilient.
